Healthrageous uses third party delivery services to deliver our meals, not our own drivers.
We recommend you reach out directly to the shipping carrier if you are waiting on delivery. You can find out who is delivering your package by looking at your shipping notification text or email or by checking on the MadeEasyMeals.com site in the Manage Orders section under My Account.
This information can be located after you login to your MadeEasyMeals.com.
Click on My Account and then choose Orders.
When you click into the order, you will see tracking in the lower right corner.
OnTrac Customer Support
To contact the OnTrac support team, you can:
- Text "track my package" to 587.817.2380 and an OnTrac representative will respond back.

If there is an agent available, you can reach them via that virtual assistant after entering in some basic information about your package or request a callback or text.

FedEx Customer Support
FedEx offers a number of wonderful features on their website.
You can also text 29372 to connect to their virtual support assistant or call 1-800-463-3339.
If you register an online account with them, you can update delivery instructions, let them know when you will not be home, and more for all free of charge.
