Our site provides a Delivery Instructions field in the Address section during checkout. You can choose from common delivery instructions or use Other and provide specific instructions. Shipping labels restrict the amount of characters so these instructions must be very short.
We potentially use multiple carriers (OnTrac, FedEx, UPS), and they all will try to deliver according to the instructions on the shipping label.
