Yes. If you won't be home when you are scheduled to receive your order, you can change your next ship date or, if you are on a plan that allows for it, you might be able to increase the time between shipments.
Here’s how:
- Log into your MadeEasyMeals.com account.
- Click on My Account at the top of the page
- Click on Subscription
- Click on the pencil icon next to Order Frequency or Next Delivery Date to make changes to when your next order will arrive.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT RECOMMENDATIONS:
- If you won't be home for a particular week, it is best to adjust the next order date.
- If you are running out of space to store your meals, it is best to change the delivery frequency so that meals show up less frequently. You may also need to change the next order date.
- If you want to update the meal selection and you are part of a plan that allows for changes, you can update the Meal Bundle in the Subscription section.
