At the holidays and certain times of year, we will work with our warehouse to keep shipping delays and shipping issues to a minimum.
To do this, we may hold back orders and ship them out on the next business day. This will be based on the holiday and when that holiday is observed.
Here are the current affected holidays:
- New Years Eve / New Years Day
Orders will not ship out on New Years Eve or New Years Day if either (or both) falls on a weekday. Orders will resume shipping on the next business day following New Years Day. - Fourth of July
We will hold orders the day before the observed holiday to avoid shipping delays. Orders will not ship out on the observed Fourth of the July holiday. Orders will resume shipping on the next business day.
Example: If the 4th of July falls on a Tuesday, no orders will ship out on Monday or Tuesday that week. - Thanksgiving
Orders will not ship out on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving or on Thanksgiving Day. Orders will resume shipment on Friday after Thanksgiving. - Christmas Day
Orders will not ship out on the observed weekday. Orders will resume shipping on the next weekday. - Federal Holidays that Fall on Mondays (Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day)
Orders will not ship out on the Friday before a federal holiday unless Saturday delivery can be guaranteed. Orders will resume on the Tuesday following the holiday. - Special Event / Natural Disaster
We will post a banner on our site in the event of a special event or natural disaster that may cause delays in shipping.
