Orders transmit daily between the hours of 6am and 10am Central to the warehouse in California for picking, packing, and shipping.
For example: An order placed on Monday after 10am will transmit to the warehouse at 6:00am Central (2am Pacific/5am Eastern) on Tuesday morning and be packed, labeled, and shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday will not be packaged and shipped until Monday.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR MEMBERS NOT ON THE WEST COAST:
Our warehouse is located on the West Coast. Our warehouse uses special packaging to make certain meals arrive in safe condition for our members in other parts of the country. Additional packaging steps add 2-3 days of processing before meals leave the warehouse. We know this can be frustrating but want to make sure your meals arrive as safely as possible."
