Your meals are delivered to you in a temperature-controlled box with insulated packaging and food-grade dry ice to ensure your meals stay frozen. This allows your meals to be kept at the highest standard of safety and quality during transit. Individual meal packaging is simple and stackable so items can be easily stored in your freezer.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box or General Delivery nor can they be placed inside the home.

Meals are delivered by a variety of carriers (OnTrac, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and no signature is required upon delivery.
FedEx and UPS allow you to sign up for a free account so that you can receive additional notifications and information about packages coming to your home. You can also use those carrier sites to request changes to your delivery directly with them. OnTrac does not yet offer that service, unfortunately, but they do offer online chat that can be quite helpful when trying to get package information.
