Order Cancellation

To cancel your current order or a future order:

  • Log into your MadeEasyMeals Account
  • Select the My Account at the top of the page
  • Click on Orders.
  • Click on the Cancel Order button under the Current Order or Next Order

Please note that once an order has been confirmed with our warehouse or shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. 



Need to adjust deliveries?

You can edit the next order date to adjust to your schedule or freezer space.

To edit your next order date or change the frequency of your subscription:

  • Log into your MadeEasyMeals Account
  • Select the My Account at the top of the page
  • Select Subscription
  • Click on the pencil icon next to Order Frequency or Next Order Date.
     


Subscription Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your automatic subscription entirely, you can also use the Cancel Subscription option under Order Frequency.

Please note that it may not be able to stop an order that is already in progress but the system can cancel your subscription to prevent future orders.
